In its large garden there are lemons, pomegranates, olives, etc. You can see the natural harmony of all shades of green with various fruit trees and maquis bushes just outside the garden. Our villa has an authentic architectural style created with natural stone covering method in harmony with nature. The entire building surface is covered with thick insulated stone walls to avoid being affected by the heat of summer and the cold of winter. All the materials you need are available in the integrated American kitchen with its large living room. You can experience romantic moments watching nature, the sea and the pool from the large window of the jacuzzi in the bedroom. It has two bathrooms and three sinks. We are waiting for you, our guests, at Villa Fortuna-2 Sunset, where you can rest your soul by having a quiet holiday away from the noise of the city, amidst the chirping of birds.
• Our company provides the rental of the houses given to us by the landlords, the preparation of the contract between the tenant and the landlord and the fulfillment of the rental conditions (payment, condition of the house and collection of bills).
• Our company guarantees to receive and deliver the house to the landlord in the same way as the tenant's conditions and the period after he has accepted to rent the house.
• The tenant accepts and undertakes to pay the service fee for all the services he will demand upon receipt of the house.
• Service fees may vary depending on the description and situation of the job. Problems arising only from the infrastructure of the house are reported to the company and repaired by the landlord.
• Any damage or malfunction that may occur in the house is reported to the company and the damage is determined, if the damage is done by the tenant, the fee is covered by the tenant.
• The tenant using the house is responsible for all simple repairs or changes. Example; bulb replacement, cleaning, siphon failure, drain clogging and similar situations. If the tenant wants to get support for such issues from the company, this service is provided for a fee.
• During the tenant's evacuation, all controls are made by the company officials and if there is any broken or damaged equipment, it is collected from the tenant.
